Dale Hersowitz

CEO & Co-Founder

Dale Hersowitz is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder at Collektion Capital LLC and is responsible for leading the company’s strategic planning and development, with the goal of increasing value and delivering results. Mr. Hersowitz is involved in the structuring of new investments and raising equity capital to support the company’s future growth initiatives.

Prior to joining Collektion Capital LLC,  Mr. Hersowiz was the CEO and founder of WUN Systems, an accounting, property and IT management software for the flexible workspace industry.  In 2017, WUN Systems was sold to Yardi Systems, the leading global real estate software company and Mr. Hersowitz joined the Yardi team as Vice President of Coworking to help develop and build their flexible workspace division.

Dale Hersowitz possesses extensive knowledge in both developing early-stage companies and real estate investment. He is a serial entrepreneur who has founded and exited multiple companies including Hershsoft, Executive Technology Services, Happy Desk, and WUN Systems.

Dale Hersowitz holds a B.S in Engineering from the University of Southern California.

Saul Epstein

Chief Financial Officer & Co-Founder

Saul  Epstein is Chief Financial Officer and Co-founder at Collektion Capital LLC and is responsible for overseeing the capital structure of the company, determining the best mix of debt, equity, and internal financing.

Mr. Epstein has over forty years of experience in the healthcare industry, with the last twenty being in the Ambulatory Surgical Center business (“ASC”). He was the co-founder and CFO of three large, multi-specialty ASC in South Florida which were structured as ownership syndications with community physicians. Upon exit, the transactions generated substantial profits for its physician investors.

Prior to entering the ASC industry, Mr. Epstein was the founder and President of one of the largest physician revenue cycle/billing companies in the US that were ultimately sold to a division of American Express.

Mr. Epstein has been on the Florida Society of Ambulatory Surgical Centers (“FSASC”) Board of Directors for over ten years, serving as the FSASC Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President and is the immediate past FSASC President.  He has lectured on behalf of the FSASC at its annual meetings, providing educational sessions on topics such as revenue cycle management for ASCs, negotiating third-party payer contracts, and most recently led a panel presentation on helpful “hacks” for ASCs.

Mr. Epstein is also actively involved with the ever-changing Florida Workers’ Compensation Reimbursement Manual for licensed ASC providers and has been doing so during his entire tenure with the FSASC.

Saul Epstein holds a B.S. in Management and Finance from the University of Florida and earned an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Temple University.

Shalini Hersowitz

Vice President, Real Estate Investments

Shalini Hersowitz is the Vice President, Real Estate Investments at Collektion Capital LLC and is responsible for overseeing the company’s real estate portfolio including the sourcing and underwriting of investment opportunities, asset management, collaboration with joint ventures and partners, and the disposition of assets.

Prior to joining Collektion Capital LLC, Hersowitz managed a portfolio of office and medical buildings in South Florida where she was responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of the portfolio. Under her leadership, the properties maintained a 90%+ occupancy with strong year-over-year growth.

Shalini has been active in commercial real estate for over 15 years with experience in structuring acquisitions, asset management, investor relations and property management.

Shalini Hersowitz holds a B.A. in Management Information Systems from Florida International University.

Victor Vasev

Director, Technology

Victor Vasev is Director of Technology at Collektion Capital LLC, and is responsible for all aspects of technology and advises the company investment teams as well as acts as a resource to portfolio companies on technology-related matters.

Prior to joining Collektion Capital LLC, Mr. Vasev was the CTO at WUN system where he worked closely with the CEO to outline the company’s technology vision, developed and implemented technology strategies, and insured the WUN platform aligned with the company’s goals to help flexible workspace operators increase revenue, reduce costs and enhance the member experience.  In 2017, WUN Systems was sold to Yardi Systems, the leading global real estate software company and Victor joined the Yardi team as senior director of software to oversee the development of Yardi’s flexible workspace platform.

Previously, Mr. Vasev co-founded Globus IT Inc., a technology firm where he was in charge of corporate development, budgeting, planning, and management as well as in-depth systems security analysis, design, and implementation. Along with successfully managing nationwide technology software and infrastructure deployments for major grocery chains such as Albertsons and Walmart, Mr. Vasev actively pursued further developing his skills in the network management and VoIP fields, which contributed to contracting with Verizon and Cingular(AT&T) for regional call center build-outs.

Victor Vasev holds a degree in Computer Science from California State University.
